Sedona blends Usui Reiki with intuitive energy healing and elements drawn from more than twenty years of holistic healing and bodywork experience. Rather than following a prescribed sequence, each session is guided by the individual and what may be asking for attention in the moment.
A session may incorporate Reiki, gentle energetic touch, chakra balancing, sound and frequency work, intuitive guidance, and other non-massage body healing techniques.
This work invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body and create space for greater balance within the physical, emotional and energetic self.

The Shamanic Chakra Journey is an eight-week exploration of your energetic landscape, blending Sedona's intuitive abilities with Reiki and energy healing, chakra work and shamanic practices.
Each week, you will journey through one of the body's primary energy centers, creating space to explore the emotions, patterns, experiences and energetic imbalances that may be asking for awareness and healing.
Through intuitive guidance and energy work, Sedona helps you listen more deeply to what each chakra may be communicating while supporting the movement and restoration of energy throughout the body.
As part of the journey, you may also connect with power animals and other symbolic or spiritual guidance associated with the energy you are exploring. These connections can offer insight, support and a deeper understanding of the unique strengths and wisdom held within each energy center.
Rather than approaching the chakras as something that needs to be "fixed," this journey invites curiosity, awareness and reconnection—allowing you to explore what you may be ready to release, what needs nurturing and what parts of yourself are ready to be reclaimed.
