For more than 25 years, Sedona has explored the connection between mind, body, energy and spirit through healing practice, spiritual study and her own journey of transformation. Today, her work brings together Intuitive Readings, Spiritual Life Coaching, Reiki and Body Healing, Sound Healing, and Hypno-Meditation to support others along their own unique paths of healing and self-discovery.

Sedona has been highly intuitive since childhood, with a natural ability to sense subtle energies, communicate with animals, and perceive spirits and spiritual guides. Over the years, she has consciously developed these abilities through study, meditation and healing practice, learning to use her intuition not simply to provide answers, but to help others gain clarity, recognize their own inner wisdom and feel more empowered in their lives.

At the heart of Sedona's work is the belief that healing is deeply personal. She sees herself as both a holistic healer and a guide—someone who can hold space, offer insight and provide supportive tools while honoring each person's ability to choose their own path.

Her current practice draws upon her experience as an Usui Reiki Master, Professional Intuitive, Spiritual Life Coach, Energy and Sound Healer, and practitioner of meditation and hypnotherapy. Rather than approaching these as separate modalities, Sedona intuitively blends them when appropriate to meet each person where they are.

Her compassion for others is also rooted in her own lifelong journey of healing, growth and self-transformation. That experience has shaped a practice centered not on telling people who they should become, but on helping them reconnect with who they already are.

Michael has been on a personal journey of recovery since 1992 and has been working as a counselor in the Drug and Alcohol field since 1998. Michael finds it deeply gratifying to help others make that same great leap he made from dependency to freedom. He is especially excited about Naturopathic approaches to recovery that address the biochemical roots of addiction and that have consistently achieved higher success rates than traditional approaches. Michael has developed his own 8 module recovery coaching program called Lotus Recovery that integrates the greatest wisdom he acquired in his healing journey.

Michael has also studied astrology and given astrology readings since 1997. He has a passion for sharing his soul-centered, evolutionary approach and helping people discover their soul purpose through focusing on the moon’s nodes. Learning to put your personality in service to your soul’s longings will help lessen opposition and put you in the magic flow of synchronicity.

In the Inner Focus School of Advanced Energy Healing Michael spent 8 years studying and practicing various energy healing techniques with a special focus on sound healing and became a Certified Advanced Energy Healer and an Ordained Minister through the Inner Focus School of Soul Directed Energy Healing.
